Holiday home management in Burgundy
You live in Paris, London, Amsterdam or Geneva, and your house in Burgundy matters to you? I look after it as if it were my own: guests, arrivals, cleaning, little problems. You stay in control of your prices and calendar, and your income is paid directly to you.
I know what a family home means: my grandfather's house almost stood empty. I take care of yours with the same attention.

Questions from owners
How much does Clos D'Avant cost?
Co-management of your rental costs 20% of the rental income, with no VAT added. Cleaning coordination is €15 per turnover, and setting up your property is €300 (€150 with a 12-month agreement). All prices are on the Rates page.
Who receives the rental income?
You do. Your listings stay in your name and the booking platforms pay you directly. I never handle guests' money: I only invoice my services.
Do I stay in control of my house?
Yes. Prices, calendar and house rules are decided with you, and I send you a monthly update on bookings, reviews and the condition of the property.
Do I need to register my holiday let in France?
Yes. Since 20 May 2026, every furnished holiday let in France must be declared on the national online service, and its registration number must appear on all listings. My compliance pack takes care of it.
I live abroad. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Many owners in Burgundy live in Paris, the UK, the Netherlands or Switzerland. We work by email and video call, and I'm on site whenever needed. I speak fluent English.
When can you start?
